Shipping policy

Most orders are produced in the order received and require 7-10 business days to be deemed ready to ship. Shipping is free to customers in the United States. Expedited services are available for an additional cost. 

International customers are responsible for any import duties charged by their local authorities. Refunds due to rejected deliveries including those returned for unpaid import duties will be less any return shipping expenses paid by Noizzi Hardwood.
